Recipe :: Chicken Stroganoff with Spaghetti

Usually when I look for recipes online, I end up choosing the ones that require me to run ramped all over Buenos Aires looking for bizarre ingredients. This time I knew that I needed to make the chicken we had in the fridge, so I narrowed my search and ended up finding this recipe on the blog, From Brazil To You, that I already had most of the ingredients for.

Preparing the dish did take some time, but the recipe was very easy to follow. The recipe makes four servings, and I debated whether or not to cut the recipe in half for Tomas and I. In the end, I made the whole recipe and we ate the leftovers for lunch the next day.

The original recipe suggests to serve the chicken stroganoff with rice and shoestring potatoes. I chose to serve ours with spaghetti since I have a "thing" for chicken & pasta dishes. I think it would have been equally as good with rice though. It really depends on what you are in the mood for. In conclusion, this is a delicious recipe that requires simple ingredients and is easy to make for any cook at home. I will definitely be making this one again!
